REVIEWS

“David Harris’ Beautiful City, in its hushed tones… gave complete permission for a pin to drop and have a full house to hear it ‘ – BroadwayWorld (full review)

“If nothing else, this concert proved that Harris belongs on the world stage. Harris possibly demonstrated the greatest diversity in styles, from the soaring ‘Corner of the Sky’ and the heartfelt ‘Beautiful City’ (during which time you could’ve heard a pin drop), to a hilarious song and dance routine with Aaron Tveit in ‘All For the Best’.” – TheatrePeople (full review)

“One of the most fun performances of the night included Tveit and David Harris performing ‘All For The Best’ from Godspell, an act that had them burst into hilarious banter over Australian vs American coffees, before “segwaying” into the overlapping lyrics… David Harris showed off his skills in both touching audiences’ hearts, with a gorgeous interpretation of ‘Beautiful City’, but concurrently making them laugh hysterically in his shirtless and comical ‘That’s How You Know’ from Enchanted.” – The Social Film Network (full review)

“Harris stuns with a simple and truthful performance of Beautiful City… and a very charming take on the irresistible patter song All For The Best from Godspell by Harris and Tveit.” – The Daily Review (full review)

“The two men are perfect foils – the Aussie and the Yank – mates one minute, gently sparring with good humour the next. Both have light, lyric tenor voices, David Harris excelling in a finessed ballad like Corner of the Sky and bringing the house down with his cheeky comic timing in Endless Delights.” – Limelight (full review)
